About

As Headteacher of Winscombe Primary School, it is a real privilege and a delight to welcome you to our Schools. At Winscombe Primary, we are committed to providing the very highest standard of education. Children are empowered to be proactive in their learning, striving to push themselves forward and achieve more than they ever thought possible.

We firmly believe that everyone can improve at everything if they are supported in the very best way and they absolutely try their best. While academic success is very important to us in our schools, it is not our sole focus, as we believe in offering broad and enriching experiences, be it public speaking competitions, Forest School expeditions or 'end of year productions'.

Such opportunities are what makes for a rounded, interesting and stimulated child. Above all else, we hope that all the members of our community feel safe, valued and supported. Once this happens, they can flourish.
