About

Welcome to St Mary's Catholic Primary School. St Mary's is a school where children are at the heart of everything we do. The whole staff team are fully committed to providing our children with the very best education.

We pride ourselves on our excellent relationships with all members of our school community and we believe that pupils achieve their very best when school and home work together in partnership. Children at St Mary's are nurtured and encouraged to be the very best they can be.

As a Catholic school our fundamental mission, Called by God , is to promote the Gospel values and virtues within a school community where every person is respected as an individual, made in the image of Christ.

We encourage children at St Mary's to live out the Gospel values and this can be seen every day in their work and play; they show respect and care for each other through their words and actions. High expectations of behaviour are lived out through our school by following the school rules Be ready, be responsible, be respectful .
