About

I am delighted to welcome you to the NCSF Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust set up in October 2022. We are five schools over six sites St James and Ebrington, Cold Aston, Longborough, St Andrews Chedworth and Swell. We have been set up under majority articles, which means that we can work together with both church and community schools.

Our aim is to create a wider family of schools, working together to benefit all, whilst ensuring that each school keeps their unique individual identity. Through an understanding of the unique strengths and challenges of different schools, both in the North Cotswolds and wider, we want to proactively create solutions to meet the needs of all of our children and families.

The prioritisation of relationships at all levels is key to the way we work at the NCSF Trust; we aim for every member of our Trust community to be respected, valued, nurtured and challenged to grow, learn and achieve.

We collaborate across our Trust and wider to support, challenge and improve; we are a learning community and seek every opportunity to develop as individuals and as an organisation.
