From the uniform policy

Here are five reasons why installing secondary glazing is the smartest upgrade for homes across Scotland’s towns and cities.
1. Superior Thermal Insulation for Scottish Winters
We all know how biting a Scottish winter can be. Single-glazed windows are notorious for heat loss, often accounting for up to 20% of a home s total warmth escaping.
2. A Shield Against Urban Noise
3. Preservation of Historic Character
4. Eliminating Condensation and Damp
5. Enhanced Security and Cost-Effectiveness

Uniform costs

DfE statutory guidance asks schools to keep uniform costs down, to say clearly what is required and what is optional, and to say where second-hand uniform can be bought.

Ofsted management information, as at 30 September 2026, via WhatSchool: Ofsted may have published a newer report since. Since September 2024 Ofsted no longer gives a single overall grade at new inspections, so a one-word grade, where shown, belongs to the inspection date beside it. Ungraded inspections give no grade and are dated by month only. Inspections from September 2024 to November 2025 grade key judgements; report cards (from November 2025) grade evaluation areas.
