About

Trent View College, established in Scunthorpe in September 2023 under the governance of the Wellspring Academy Trust, is a dedicated post-16 institution for students with special educational needs.

Our core purpose is to address barriers to learning and to foster the development of essential life and employability skills, thereby preparing our students for successful transitions into adulthood.

This purpose-built P16 Special Free School is the result of a strategic collaboration between the Wellspring Academy Trust, North Lincolnshire Council, and the Department for Education, reflecting a shared commitment to providing high-quality specialist education.

Every day we work with young people to remove barriers to learning and help young people develop important life and employability skills and prepare them for adulthood. The staff at Trent View College are committed to "Making a difference" to the lives of our young people during the time that they are with us.
