About

At Grow, we understand that each of our students has individual wants and needs. We believe that learning can only be fostered from a feeling of mutual respect and compassion, and we maintain those values in everything we do. Our unique approach provides students with the proper support system that will help lead them to a successful path.

The ROOTS of our Ethos are what ground us and help us to Meaningful connection is what Grow is founded on. We understand that building trusting relationships is the key to engaging our young people and a culture of mutual respect. All professionals at Grow ensure they spend time getting to know each individual student in order to provide a holistic approach to their learning.

We aim to provide young people with a range of opportunities to develop their interests, vocations and passions. We make links with businesses, employers and other educational providers to ensure students have the opportunities to experience a range of real-world experiences and settings.
