(A) TO PRESERVE PROTECT IMPROVE AND ENHANCE IN ANY WAY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE AMENITIES INCLUDING BUILDINGS OR FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST IN THE AREA THE AREA BOUNDED TO THE NORTH BY THE RIVER COQUET TO THE EAST BY THE COASTLINE AND WEST BY TOGSTON AND HAUXLEY PARISH BOUNDARIES, TO INCLUDE THE AREAS KNOWN AS MARINER'S VIEW, GLOSTER HILL, THE BRAID, THE MARINA, AND ADJOINING AREAS (HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") (B) TO BENEFIT THE PUBLIC BY IMPROVING AND BEAUTIFYING THE AREA OF BENEFIT.(C) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC AMENITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF.
