Charitable objects

The objects of the charity are, for the public benefit, to apply the income to:Primarily, provide relief for those in need by reason of financial hardship, ill health or disability by the provision of convalescence, recuperation and/or respite care, provided that as to one quarter of the income the Trustees shall give preference to persons residing in the County of Surrey or the London Borough of Croydon; and Relieve the need either generally or individually of persons, with a preference for women resident in the Greater London area, who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilities calculated to reduce the need, hardship or distress of such persons.
