IF THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED IN ANY YEAR FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR RELIEF IN NEED AND ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF FRAMLINGHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN SCHEME.
