About

Thank you for visiting our school website; we welcome your interest in St Mark's Church of England Primary School. We are an inclusive one-form entry Church of England Primary School in the heart of Oval, Kennington and Vauxhall. Our diverse intake reflects the local area and the school maintains the feel of a welcoming, close-knit family.

Christian values are at the core of our ethos, helping to create a warm, caring environment, within which children feel safe, valued and in which they can thrive in all areas of their development. Our size enables us to nurture each child throughout the whole school and work in close partnership with all members of the school community.

This is reflected in how well we know and work with our children and families and how well we cater for the needs of all pupils at the school. We are pleased that this was reflected in our most recent Ofsted inspection (September 2019), where we were judged Outstanding in the area of children's Personal Development
