About

Our school is an inclusive and diverse, one form entry primary set in the heart of Muswell Hill, next to beautiful Highgate Woods. We have a friendly, warm and nurturing culture we are proud of and we make sure that every single member of staff knows every child by name. Our teachers are passionate and creative and help to set the high expectations we have for all our children.

We encourage kindness, respect, perseverance and independence in our children and we aim to build their confidence and develop in them a life long love of learning. Our broad curriculum and enrichment helps to ignite of children's curiosity and imgainations, helping them excel and become well prepared for their step to secondary school.

Our strong values drive our inclusivity and we welcome children from all different backgrounds and faiths. Our strong sense of community is helped by our enthusiastic and active parent body - the Friends of St James who help to raise funds to further increase of children's learning experience.
