About

My name is Mr Luke Redfearn , and I feel incredibly privileged to be the Headteacher of Prospect Vale Primary School — a place that truly embodies everything we want for tomorrow's children. At Prospect Vale, We care, we strive, together we thrive . These values aren't just words; they are woven into the fabric of our daily life.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you'll feel the warmth of a nurturing community where memories are made spectacular and where children are encouraged to dream, grow, and flourish. Our curriculum is rooted in our local context and brought to life through experiences that ignite curiosity and wonder.

Whether it's exploring Roman Britain in Chester, watching the water cycle unfold in Macclesfield Forest, discovering history at the Stockport Air Raid Shelters, or visiting the capital on a trip to London — your child will live their learning. Music, drama, art, and reading all play a central role in our rich provision.

Our school library and dedicated librarian help foster a lifelong love of reading. We work closely with Maths Hubs and use pioneering research to deliver the most effective and modern teaching approaches.
