Settrington All Saints' Primary School is a Church of England voluntary controlled co-educational day school. The school exists to serve the whole community; it has strong links to the village church and to the local community. Christian values are built into the foundation, ethos and teaching of the school. The school welcomes children of all denominations.
The school was built in 1852 and was extended in 2008 to include a new reception and office areas, modernised cloakroom and toilet facilities for Early Years and Key Stage 1 and improved access to ensure inclusion for all.
In 2018, the school buildings were further expanded to include a new Early Years classroom and playground and an improved dining and kitchen area, enabling Early Years and Key Stage 1 children to have the very best start to their Settrington school life. The Governors, Headteacher, and staff are committed to the provision of a broad and balanced curriculum.
We recognise that each child is an individual and our aim is that this curriculum will nurture their development and help them to realise their potential, be it mental, physical, spiritual, or moral.
