I am pleased to be able to welcome you to Northumberland PRU and introduce myself as Headteacher. Our school is a Good school, as judged by Ofsted (May 2025). This demonstrates our continued commitment to ensuring that our pupils are central to we do and aim to achieve.
We are proud to promote and instil our school motto 'Inclusion in its broadest sense' and of our fully embedded whole school culture of the 4 Rs: RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, RESILIENCE and REWARD. Northumberland PRU is an alternative learning provider working with young learners and their families across the county of Northumberland.
We support a wide and diverse community on our Seghill site which we relocated to in January 2023. I feel incredibly proud to be the Headteacher of Northumberland PRU and my key focus and priority is to ensure that Northumberland PRU continues to grow on its journey to moving towards achieving recognition as being outstanding.
