About

We are a one form entry school with a nursery which offers both full and part-time places . In 2018 we moved into a brand new building which offers an accessible, modern, calm and spacious learning environment with good sized classrooms. In addition we have a fantastic outdoor learning and recreation space which includes a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA).

We are proud to be able to share our facilities with the wider community. At Moorside Community Primary School, pupils are at the heart of everything we do. Our school values are based on the belief that all children are unique.

We celebrate this through a rich and varied curriculum, allowing our pupils to experience success and achieve their full potential both academically and socially. We nurture the development of the whole child in a safe, caring and creative environment. Experiences are planned to develop a love of learning and prepare children for the next steps in their education.
