About

A warm welcome and thank you for visiting our website. I consider it a privilege to be the Head of School at St Clere's School and part of the Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust which includes three secondary schools and nine primary schools. St Clere's School is a high achieving, oversubscribed 11-18 school with over 1400 students attending from across Thurrock.

We are a popular choice for families because our students succeed in many ways and are taught by staff who teach with great energy and expertise in an environment that has exceptional facilities . Our school is set on the edge of Stanford-le-Hope and the substantial school buildings are surrounded by a large expanse of playing fields.

We have a range of facilities including a state of the art Drama studio, fully refurbished Science labs, two Sports Pavilions, a 3G floodlit all-weather pitch, well-stocked Library with research facilities and high quality study space.

In addition, we have high specification classrooms with up-to-date ICT resources which enhance the teaching for all students and provide a comfortable environment in which to learn.

Governing body (13 current, 4 former)

iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.

3 governors are linked to a profile (all confirmed).

Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
