About

Scawby Academy is a small primary school with just over 200 pupils on roll, set in extensive and beautiful grounds in the village of Scawby. We are committed to providing the best possible education for every child. Our school has a very positive ethos, where excellence and enjoyment within learning is highly promoted.

We are part of a multi-academy trust with nearby Hibaldstow Academy as St Hybald's Academy. Visits to our school are warmly welcomed, and encouraged. We have excellent facilities available to our pupils, parents and the wider school community. These include first rate ICT facilities, with an interactive screens in every classroom and Chromebooks for use in classes.

School Performance Tables on the DFE website . We also realise the importance of extended schools, and the need to provide childcare facilities for working parents. We have excellent provision in place. Working closely with Stepping Stones of Scawby, provision is available for a breakfast club, starting at 7.30am and an after school club which runs until 6pm.
