Alperton Community School is a specialist coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status. It has specialisms in maths, computing and the arts, and is located in the Alperton area of the London Borough of Brent. The school is committed to helping each student to be the very best they can be within a supportive, caring and highly inclusive community.
In July 2021 the Ofsted report judged the school to be "Good with Outstanding Leadership and Management". Student progress at GCSE and A Level has been above national averages for many years with disadvantaged students performing well above national averages. Our progress 8 score has been consistently "above average".
We also see high numbers of our students progressing to Oxbridge and Russell Group Universities. Student attendance and the percentage of students who remain in education, employment or training are also well above national averages.
In May 2022, Alperton Community School was awarded the Pearson National Silver Award for Making a Difference – Secondary School of the Year for their outstanding commitment to changing the lives of the children they work with every day.
