Headteachers Welcome Welcome to Middleton Primary School on behalf of the children, staff and governors I am delighted to welcome you to Middleton Primary School. I am very proud to have been the Headteacher of this Ofsted rated Outstanding school since 2016, following my many years as a member of the senior management team.
The ethos of the school is based on our values of 'Resilience; Empathy; Self-awareness; Positivity; Excellence; Communication and Teamwork'. We regularly teach and model these values, along with the core British Values. Personal development is at the heart of what we teach – we want our children to grow and flourish into active, responsible citizens.
We have very high expectations of behaviour at Middleton. Visitors often comment on the calm atmosphere and excellent relationships in the school, which are so important to us.

Governing body (9 current, 1 former)
iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.4 governors are linked to a profile (all confirmed).
Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
