About

It is a privilege to lead The Grange School and to serve the vibrant, caring community to which we belong. We are on a journey of rapid school improvement, recognised by Ofsted, who awarded us Good in every category under the rigorous 2022 framework and we are ambitious to go even further.

At The Grange, we are proud to be a small, community school where every student is known, understood, and valued as an individual. This closeness enables us to build meaningful relationships across year groups and subjects, creating a supportive environment where students feel seen and heard every day.

Our partnership with Twynham School through the Twynham Learning Trust gives us the strength of a much larger organisation, with access to an exceptional curriculum, high-quality staff development, and a broad range of enrichment opportunities. In this way, we offer the best of both worlds: the warmth of a small school with the ambition and scope of a larger one.
