Welcome to St John the Evangelist Catholic Primary School. We hope that our website provides you with essential information and gives you an insight into the Catholic Life and achievements of our wonderful school. St John's is a place where we meet Jesus.
Everyone is enabled to fulfil their unique potential and together we celebrate being part of God's creation in all we think, say and do. In our school everyone is respected and cherished and differences are valued. Each member of our community is supported to truly reflect the person of Jesus. We live out our mission of following in the footsteps of Jesus in all we do.
As a Catholic School, faith, love and hope underpin all that we do. We work closely with Fr Paul Grogan and the Parish of Mary Mother of God to support families in cherishing their faith. We are proud of our motivated and hardworking Local Academy Council, staff, pupils and supportive parents.

Governing body (8 current, 1 former)
iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.1 governor is linked to a profile (all confirmed).
Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
