About

It is a privilege to introduce myself as the Headteacher of Firs Primary Academy, a school with a warm, inclusive community and a deep commitment to ensuring every child flourishes. At Firs, we believe that strong relationships are at the heart of a great education.

We work closely with families to nurture an environment where children feel valued, supported, and challenged to achieve their very best. Our approach to learning is rooted in high expectations both academically and personally helping children to develop resilience, curiosity, and a love for learning that will stay with them for life.

We recognise that success is not just about academic achievement, but also about fostering confidence, kindness, and a sense of belonging. Our curriculum is broad, ambitious, and enriched with opportunities that allow every child to discover their passions and talents. We are equally committed to emotional well-being, ensuring that all children feel safe and ready to learn.
