About

You are here: Home Our School Heads Welcome Welcome to Oldfield Primary School and Nursery. We are a part of the Brontë Academy Trust along with Oakworth, Haworth and Lees. The school became a new school on June 1st 2019. Although a very individual and unique member of the Brontë Trust, we work closely with our sister schools.

This means our children never miss out of the opportunities a larger setting can also offer. The children at Oldfield get the best of both worlds! Oldfield is a wonderful school (The smallest in Bradford) situated in a stunning rural location, above the Brontë moors, just outside Oakworth.

Our class sizes are below national averages, with excellent, highly trained support and teaching staff. This means all our children receive the best education possible. We take children from Nursery upwards on a 30 hour place offer as soon as they are three. 15 hour places are also available.
