About

About us Welcome to Esland Grantham School at Esland Grantham School, we provide an inspirational learning environment where students are supported and encouraged to actively participate in learning opportunities.

We offer high-quality education to 7 to 18 year-olds with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) with the primary need of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH). In addition to this, many of our students have neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), ADD (attention-deficit disorder) and attachment.

They may also have encountered a range of adverse childhood experiences and trauma. We have our own unique identity, ethos, and approach to our curriculum, and we use the Turning the Curve education model to support students who, depending on their background and circumstances, may be at different stages in their education.

Our aim is to develop resilient, responsible, respectful, and confident individuals who aspire to achieve their full potential. We make sure our students are ready for the next step in their educational journey, so that they can live successful and fulfilled lives as adults.
