I am delighted to welcome you to the Glenmere Community Primary School website. We are a busy but friendly school, with lots happening each term. I hope our website gives you a flavour of life at the school, a sense of what we value for our children, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.
At Glenmere we appreciate the importance of your child's formative years at school and strive to create a setting that is warm, welcoming and supportive whilst challenging children to become independent life-long learners. Year 3 showed how well they knew the key features of a letter today in English. They highlighted a model text to demonstrate their knowledge and gave examples of what alternatives can be used too! Year 2 have been colour mixing in art, experimenting with primary and secondary colours, creating some interesting tones. Year 2 have been carrying out fieldwork in geography.
