About Springwell Alternative Academy Spalding Nurturing Potential, Inspiring Futures A welcoming and supportive alternative provision for the young people of South Lincolnshire, Springwell Spalding is dedicated to re-engaging students with their education and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Established in April 2019 as part of the acclaimed Wellspring Academy Trust, our school provides a vital service for children and young people from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4 who have, or are at risk of, exclusion from mainstream education.
We cater for students with a diverse range of social, emotional, and mental health needs, offering a fresh start in a nurturing and trauma-informed environment. Our fundamental belief is in the power of second chances and the importance of unconditional positive regard. We foster a culture of care and support where every student feels valued, understood, and safe.
This approach allows us to build strong, trusting relationships that are the bedrock of our educational philosophy.
