Our aim for all our children is to achieve their potential, not just academically, but also socially, emotionally and creatively. At Butterstile, we strongly believe that a child's primary school years should be filled with experiences that enable children to learn, but also to have fun, providing them with happy memories and a life long love of learning.
We pride ourselves on high academic standards, but also place great emphasis on the development of the whole child. We are extremely proud of our school and the curriculum we have created.
Through the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals and UNICEF's Rights Respecting School, we encourage our children to be global citizens, as well as being an active part of our local community.
As well as classroom based learning,'t he importance of nature and play to promote positive mental health, can be seen from Nursery to Year 6, through Forest School and many outdoor learning opportunities.
