About

It gives me great pleasure to introduce myself as Headteacher of Chesterfield High School. At Chesterfield High School, we are very proud of our long history, we celebrate our achievements and are excited about our future. We remain dedicated to the vision of the school and strive to provide the best quality education for children of all backgrounds, abilities and beliefs.

A great school has to be an outward looking school, based on solid partnerships at local, regional and national levels. Chesterfield is a proud to be a member of the Mersey View Learning Trust and works in partnership with other local schools in Crosby through our CAPITAL network.

We also have local links with: Merseyside Youth Association; Merseyside Violence Prevention (MVP); Everton in the Community; Everton Foundation; Liverpool FC Foundation, Autism Initiatives; Sefton Safer Partnerships. Regionally, we work closely with The Rainbow Trust Teaching Hub and The Ambition Institute.

Nationally, we work with: NACE; Holocaust Beacon School Network; Youth Sports Trust; Football Association Foundation and Teach First.

Governing body (10 current, 3 former)

iAcademy trust: local governing body and trust board.

5 governors are linked to a profile (all confirmed).

Governors marked “Confirmed same person” have exactly the same forename and surname as the only officer of that name at the school’s own academy trust company on the Companies House register, so we treat them as the same person. The governance record itself comes from DfE.
